No. We can start and stop service over the phone. We do not require contracts. There is no minimum service period.

In most cases – Yes. We love dogs and get along well with them. However, there are some cases when a dog will not let us into the yard. If you know your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine the dog. We don’t want to take any risks with your dog or our employees.

We usually do, unless it is a very heavy rainfall. We would most often make up the work later in the week.

Yes! We love referrals and with each new customer you send our way, you will get one free regularly scheduled service visit!

We will mail your invoice on the last service day of the month. Payment is due by the 15th of the following month.

Most customers prefer service one a week. Customers that have a large breed (Great Dane, Wolfhound, etc.) or more than one dog, may prefer service two times a week. The choice is entirely up to the customer

Yes. Since employees are not to climb or jump over a fence, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key, tell us your combination, or we will loan you a combination lock. Whatever is convenient.

We are dedicated to maintaining the health and well being of all animals. To ensure this, we thoroughly clean all tools and footwear after each use with a strong parvocide that kills a wide assortment of germs and viruses.

We double bag it in plastic bags and either place it in your sealable trash can or take it to our disposal site.

We promise that you will get service you are happy with or you don’t have to pay for it. We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it’s the quality of our service on which we stake our success. We will work hard to make our name mean quality service. If there is ever a time when your service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know immediately. We will make it right either by coming back to re-clean or by crediting your account so you will not be charged.

You will not be charged if you call us in time to tell the service worker. If you will be gone for any reason, just give us a call so we can hold service.

If we notice something unusual with your dog’s feces, such as worms, foreign objects or diarrhea, etc., we will leave you a note and follow up with a phone call. In some cases we may put a sample of the dog’s stool in a plastic baggie for you to take to your vet.
